Thank you for purchasing artwork from Kimara London Fine Art. Each order is prepared with care to help ensure your artwork arrives safely and in excellent condition.

ORDER PROCESSING

Fine art prints are prepared for shipment after your order is confirmed. Please allow approximately **3–7 business days** for processing before shipment unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Original artwork and commissioned portraits may require additional preparation time.

Commissioned artwork will be shipped according to the completion timeframe agreed upon during the commission process.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside the control of Kimara London Fine Art.

PACKAGING

Artwork is carefully packaged to help protect it during transit. Packaging methods may vary depending upon the size and type of artwork purchased.

Please use care when opening your package to avoid accidentally damaging the artwork.

DAMAGED ORDERS

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact Kimara London Fine Art within 48 hours of delivery.

• Your name and order number

• Photographs of the damaged artwork

• Photographs of the shipping box or packaging

• A photograph of the shipping label

• A brief description of the damage

Please keep the artwork and all original packaging until your claim has been resolved, as the shipping carrier may require photographs or inspection.

After the damage is reviewed, an appropriate resolution may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending upon the circumstances and availability of the artwork.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because fine art prints and artwork are prepared specifically for each order,
**All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item.

Please review artwork dimensions, descriptions, colors, and other product information carefully before purchasing.

Colors displayed on computer, tablet, and phone screens may vary slightly from the colors of the physical artwork. Minor color differences caused by screen settings are not considered defects.

CUSTOM & COMMISSIONED ARTWORK

All deposits and payments for custom or commissioned artwork are non-refundable once work has begun.

Because commissioned portraits are created specifically for an individual customer, completed custom artwork cannot be returned or exchanged except in the event that it arrives damaged.

Any requested changes to a commission should be discussed during the creation and approval process.

INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item received.

If the error was made by Kimara London Fine Art, I will work with you to correct the order at no additional cost.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If tracking shows that your package is delayed, please allow the shipping carrier additional time to complete delivery.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, contact [email protected] so that I can assist you with the next steps.

For packages marked **“Delivered”** but not received, customers should first check with household members, neighbors, the delivery location, and the shipping carrier. I will assist when possible, but Kimara London Fine Art cannot guarantee replacement of packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

ADDRESS ERRORS & RETURNED PACKAGES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be shipped again.
