ARE YOUR ARTWORKS ORIGINAL?

Yes. The artwork featured at Kimara London Fine Art originates from artwork created by artist **Kimara London**. Individual product descriptions will specify whether you are purchasing an original work of art or a fine art reproduction.

WHAT IS A FINE ART PRINT?

A fine art print is a high-quality reproduction of an original artwork. My prints are created to preserve the beauty, color, detail, and character of the original piece while making the artwork accessible to more collectors.

DO FINE ART PRINTS COME FRAMED?

Unless a product description specifically states otherwise, prints are sold unframed. This allows you to select a frame and presentation style that best complements your home or space.

WILL THE COLORS LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THEY DO ON MY SCREEN?

I make every effort to represent my artwork accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your phone, tablet, computer monitor, screen brightness, and display settings.

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM PORTRAIT COMMISSIONS?

Yes. I create custom black-and-white charcoal portraits from photographs.

Portraits can be commissioned to celebrate family, loved ones, weddings, anniversaries, memorials, milestones, and other meaningful occasions.

WHAT KIND OF PHOTOGRAPH SHOULD I PROVIDE FOR A CHARCOAL PORTRAIT?

Clear, well-lit, high-resolution photographs generally produce the best results. Facial features should be visible and in focus.

You may submit more than one photograph when discussing your commission. I can help determine which image will provide the strongest reference for your portrait.

CAN YOU COMBINE PEOPLE FROM DIFFERENT PHOTOGRAPHS INTO ONE PORTRAIT?

In many cases, yes. If you would like people from separate photographs combined into one composition, please mention this when requesting your commission.

The feasibility of combining photographs will depend upon the quality, lighting, angle, and clarity of the reference images.

HOW MUCH DOES A CUSTOM PORTRAIT COST?

Commission pricing varies according to the size of the portrait, number of subjects, composition, and complexity of the artwork.

HOW LONG DOES A COMMISSION TAKE?

Completion time varies depending upon the size and complexity of the portrait and the number of commissions currently scheduled.

An estimated completion timeframe will be discussed with you before work begins.

If the portrait is intended as a gift for a specific date, please mention the date when making your inquiry.

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED FOR COMMISSIONED ARTWORK?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required before work begins on a commissioned portrait. The remaining balance must be paid according to the terms provided for your individual commission.

CAN I RETURN A COMMISSIONED PORTRAIT?

Because commissioned portraits are individually created specifically for each customer, custom artwork is not returnable or exchangeable.

HOW LONG WILL MY PRINT ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?

Fine art prints generally require approximately 3–7 business days for processing before shipment unless otherwise stated in the individual product listing.

Shipping time begins after processing and varies according to destination and carrier.

WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Tracking information will be provided when available once your order has been shipped.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ARTWORK ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Please contact Kimara London Fine Art within **48 hours of delivery** and include your order number along with photographs of the artwork, packaging, shipping box, and shipping label.

Please keep all original packaging while the issue is being resolved.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS ON FINE ART PRINTS?

Because fine art prints and artwork are prepared specifically for each order, sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item.

CAN I PURCHASE ARTWORK AS A GIFT?

Absolutely. Artwork and commissioned portraits can make meaningful gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, housewarmings, holidays, memorials, and other special occasions.

CAN I USE OR REPRODUCE THE ARTWORK I PURCHASE?

Purchasing an original artwork or fine art print gives you ownership of that physical piece; it does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, commercially used, or sold as reproductions without written permission from Kimara London Fine Art.
